Title: Red Onion Salsa for Zing
Categories: Appetizer Vegetable Salsa
Yield: 2 Cups

2mdRed onions, finely chopped
  (1 1/2 cups)
1mdTomato, finely chopped
  (3/4 cup)
4 Cloves garlic, finely choppd
1/4cGreen onions, chopped (3 md)
1/4cLemon juice
2tbCilantro, chopped fresh
2tbBalsamic vinegar or apple
  Cider vinegar
1tbOlive or vegetable oil
1tsSoy soy sauce
1/4tsGround red pepper (cayenne)
RCROCKETT

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. About 2 cups salsa.
